We begin with a conversation. I listen, then build a six-month protocol shaped to your patterns, challenges, and goals. It moves from naming what your system is doing under load, to practices you can run in real time, to a regulated baseline that becomes how you lead.

This is not a mindset practice. Mindset comes later, after the body has found its ground. We work with the inner system first. Safety before strategy. Steadiness before speed. The body before the brain. When it settles, the rest becomes available: clarity, better decisions under pressure, the capacity to stay in the room when it gets hard. Not because you thought your way there. Because you landed there.

When I work with people in the co-regulation process, their breathing changes. The decision that felt impossible an hour ago becomes obvious. Not because of what I say, but because one regulated nervous system changes the ones around it. This is co-regulation, and it is measurable.

The AI Era Thesis

In an AI-driven world,
the final competitive
moat is the
nervous system.

Every cognitive function that can be systematized will be. Efficiency and scale are what the technology is built for, and that is no longer where the advantage lives. What remains, and what grows more valuable as that happens, is the quality of human presence, discernment, and adaptability under pressure. That quality comes from the nervous system, not the strategy deck.

And it is only speeding up. The faster the technology moves, the more pressure lands on the one part of the system that cannot be automated: the person. Speed magnifies whatever state you are already in. A dysregulated nervous system just makes faster decisions from survival mode. A regulated one is the only thing that can hold the pace without fracturing under it.

I started in classrooms. A Master's in Education, teaching high school Spanish and history. What I learned there I still use every day: how a room organizes itself around the state of the person leading it, and how little of that has to do with what's being said.

In 2006 I left to study yoga seriously, not as exercise, but as the centuries-old practice of nervous system regulation it actually is. Two decades later I'm still practicing and still studying, rooted in a devotional tradition, certified as a teacher and a trainer of teachers.

From there I went deeper into the science and the somatic work, through health and somatic coaching, polyvagal theory, and Internal Family Systems. For years I've worked with people one to one, and I co-lead and run week-long retreats, holding a full room of nervous systems, under real conditions, for days at a time.

Executive Energetics is where all of it converges: a focused concentration of twenty years of practice into direct work with people carrying significant weight.

What you might be wondering.

Is this coaching or therapy?

No. It is neither. Coaching works on goals and mindset. Therapy works on history and healing. This works one layer beneath both, with the nervous system itself, the system your decisions and presence actually run on. We do it through direct somatic work, not conversation alone.

This work is not a substitute for clinical care, and it is not a replacement for medical or psychological treatment. If you are in acute crisis or experiencing a mental health emergency, please seek the care of a licensed provider first.

Who is this for?

Founders, executives, and leadership carrying weight that does not show on the surface. People who are high-functioning, used to overriding, and starting to feel what the override costs. You do not have to be in collapse to do this work. You only have to be honest that the way you are running is not sustainable at the level you are asking of yourself.

What actually happens in a session?

We start with what your nervous system is doing right now, the bracing you have stopped noticing, the patterns that fire before a conscious thought arrives. From there the work is direct and somatic, not conversation about your problems but contact with the system underneath them.

Over a six-month protocol it moves through a predictable arc. First we map your specific stress signature and name it as physiology, not character. Then we get clear on the pattern underneath, and the cost you have been paying in the body. Then we build practices you can actually run, the kind that fit in the ninety seconds before a hard meeting. Then we establish a baseline you can return to under load. And then it becomes the way you lead, a regulated presence the room organizes around, by default rather than effort.

You leave each phase holding something usable, not a concept. The work is built for your system, and we adjust as we go.

Do I need any experience with breathwork or somatic practice?

None. Many of the people I work with were never taught to work with this system, only to override it or ignore it. You do not need a practice, a vocabulary, or a belief about any of this. You need a body, which you already have, and a willingness to pay attention to it. I meet you where you are.

What is co-regulation, and is the science real?

Co-regulation is a documented neurobiological phenomenon. When one nervous system is regulated, it acts as an anchor for the others nearby. The heart is central to it. It generates the largest electromagnetic field in the body, far stronger than the brain's, and it sends more signals up to the brain than the brain sends down. When that rhythm becomes ordered and coherent, the whole system follows. This is not metaphor. It is measurable, and it is the mechanism underneath the work.

How will I know it is working?

You will notice it in the body before you can explain it. The jaw that used to set before a hard meeting does not. The breath stays available at the end of a long day. A decision that felt impossible an hour ago becomes obvious. Not because you reasoned your way there. Because you landed there. The people around you settle without quite knowing why. These are not side effects. They are the work.

What does an engagement involve, and what is the investment?

Six months, with two live sessions a month. Between sessions you have a private practice portal: recorded audio and protocols built for your patterns, with support when you need it. We evaluate and adjust as we go. Investment is scoped to each engagement and discussed directly, because the work is built around you rather than sold as a fixed package.

Is the work virtual or in person?

The work is mostly virtual, which keeps it inside a real schedule and lets it travel with you. When it serves the work, we can arrange an in-person site visit. The retreats I co-lead are a separate offering, not part of an advisory engagement.

Is what I share kept confidential?

Completely. This is private, one-to-one work, and discretion is built into it. Nothing you bring leaves the room. For the people I work with, that level of confidentiality is not a courtesy. It is a condition of being able to do the work at all.

How do I begin?

It begins with an application. Every one is read by me personally. There is no sales team and no one in between. If it looks like a fit, we have a direct conversation about where you are and what you need, and from there I build the work around you.
